  • Participants use your login to download the selection letter and get the Relieving order from the authority and upload the necessary documents like Relieving order, Fee Receipt.
  • UGC - Guidelines: For the Refresher Courses, participation in the Orientation Programme is a prerequisite for admission. However, in exceptional cases a teacher may be allowed to complete a Refresher Course prior to completion of an Orientation Programme. Also, there should be a minimum gap of one year between two Courses, though it may be relaxed if adequate number of participants is not available.

The UGC-Human Resource Development Centre (formerly Academic Staff College), Bharathiar University was established in the year 1987 with 100 percent financial assistance from the University Grants Commission. It has been conducted 126 Orientation programmes for the benefit of more than 4,000 Higher Education teachers since 1987. And more than 8900 teachers were benefited by 318 Refresher Courses, 21 Short Term Courses and 30 other programmes conducted by our Human Resource Development Centre in various branches such as Science, Arts, Humanities, Social Sciences, Commerce, Languages, etc., and nearly 15,000 Teachers of Colleges and Universities were trained by our Human Resource Development Centre.
